Patriot

American Pale Ale

Boasting a full flavour, this delicious APA contains distinctive American citrus aromatics. Refreshing to the last drop, the rich flavour is wonderfully created with a blend of three different hops varieties.

Tomahawk

India Pale Ale

Tomahawk features a blend of flavoursome hops, creating a refreshing citrus IPA. This well-balanced, clean and lightly bitter ale is very easy on the palette – perfect for long summer days.

Red Bear

Irish Red Ale

Golden red in colour, Red Bear delivers a rich, smooth flavour with lightly toasted malt notes. One of our more full bodied ales it finishes with a subtle, hoppy and creamy taste.

Dark Angel

Oatmeal Stout

Our oatmeal stout is derived from a mix of quality malts and oats which makes for a silky, full bodied dark beer. This full flavoured and rich tasting dark stout is wonderfully delicious.

Five is an easy drinking, light ale brewed with the finest New Zealand hops. Giving a wonderful citrus flavour and a delicate floral aroma, we guarantee a refreshing taste.

Shed Red

Raspberry Wheat Beer

Shed Red is a lightly hopped Raspberry Wheat Beer. Brewed with malted barley and wheat, the addition of locally produced Angus raspberries gives a crisp full raspberry fruit nose with a wildly refreshing fruity taste.

Eclipse

Orange Wheat Beer

Eclipse is a lightly hopped orange Wheat beer. Brewed with malted barley and malted wheat, with the addition of orange and coriander giving a citrus refreshing fruity taste. Best served with a slice of fresh orange!

Mango IPA

Tropical and citrus hops and a large dosing of fresh mango puree give this beer an exotic aroma, with mild bitterness and a fruit character offering flavours of mango, peach and passion fruit.

Shed Black

Raspberry and Blackcurrant Wheat Beer

Shed Black is a lightly hopped Raspberry and Blackcurrant Wheat Beer. Brewed in Carnoustie with malted barley and wheat. Locally grown Angus raspberries are added and blended with blackcurrants for a crisp full raspberry fruit nose plus a lovely blackcurrant and raspberry refreshing fruity taste.

Strawberry & Lime

Cider

Strawberry and Lime cider is deliciously drinkable with the taste of strawberry bursting on to the palate being balanced with a hint of lime, the two flavours combining perfectly and resulting in an amazingly refreshing taste. This cider is smooth, fruity and sweet – best served chilled or over ice.

Peach & Passionfruit

This cider is a warm golden amber colour with a little gentle fizz, its aroma has a punchy peach tones underlined with fruity passion fruit.

Raspberry Mango

Cider

This cider is a pale delicate pink colour and pours with a gentle fizz. It’s aroma has a fruity and fresh raspberry nose with gentle tropical mango undertones.

Vanilla and honey cream ale

An American Cream Ale style beer, with a thick foam and golden colour with caramel honey, mild bitterness, cool taste, ending with a light sweetness of honey. 5.1%
